What we collect

When you use OnlyIf.email, we store:

• Your email address — to send you matches and manage your account
• Your filter criteria — the rules you set for matching
• Forwarded emails — processed to check for matches, then discarded
• Find balance — how many finds you have remaining

What we don't collect

• We don't store the content of emails that don't match
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties
• We don't track you across the web
• We don't use cookies on our website

Third-party services

We use:

• Cloudflare — hosting and email processing
• Stripe — payment processing (they have their own privacy policy)
• Resend — sending emails to you
• Anthropic — processing emails to find matches

Data retention

Your filter criteria and email address are stored until you reply "done" to close a filter. Forwarded emails are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.

Your rights

Reply "done" to any filter to delete it. Email hello@onlyif.email to request deletion of all your data.
